Upgraded Nissan Sunny sedan launched at Rs 7,29,000 in India

Nissan India, the India arm of the Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan has launched its new upgraded Sunny sedan in the Indian market at an entry level price of Rs 7,29,000 (Ex-showroom Mumbai).

The automaker is reportedly implementing a comeback strategy for the Indian auto industry with the establishment of its self-owned distribution network and the introduction of the Datsun brand in India. With a focus on exports as well, the automaker has recently become the second largest car exporter in India.

The new revamped Sunny features new signature boomerang shaped headlights and newly designed chrome front grille along with a new front bumper and fog lamps. The car also boasts of Y-design alloys and ORVM feature integrated turn indicators.

The interiors of the new sedan car model have also received an upgrade with a new piano black instrument cluster and a new steering wheel with mounted audio controls.
