Toyota launches Express Maintenance

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has, for the first time, introduced Express Maintenance Service (EMS) in north India, which reduces servicing time from the existing 17 hours to only 1 hour. The one-hour periodic maintenance service, applicable to all Toyota models, was launched by Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s Managing Director Mr. Hiroshi Nakagawa at MGF Toyota, Gurgaon. Express Maintenance is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Its introduction will bring Toyota dealers in India on par with dealers anywhere else in the world. The service is part of Toyota Customer Service Marketing (TSM) Advanced Programs that was introduced globally in 2001.
