Rolls-Royce announces fourth dealership in India

Premium luxury car manufacturer Rolls-Royce has announced its plans to open a fourth dealership in India in Chandigarh in the second quarter of 2012. The new dealership will cater to the regions of Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. The company plans to open two more dealerships after the one in Chandigarh by the end of 2012.

The two planned dealerships may be opened in Central or Southern India which will double its total number of dealerships in India to six. The existing dealerships are located in the cities of New Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

According to Mr. Herfried Hasenoehrl, Head of New Business Development (India, Sri-Lanka and Bangladesh), the company views Chandigarh as an ideal place to commence its next phase of growth and expansion in India.
