Mercedes Benz India, the Indian arm of the German luxury automobile manufacturer Mercedes Benz has launched the Edition C car model in the Indian car market to mark the celebrations for the carmaker’s achievement of 1 crore car sales of the C Class across the world.
The new limited Edition C car model has been introduced in India at a price of Rs 39,16,000 (Ex-showroom Mumbai). The German automaker will be selling a total of 500 units of the Edition C in the Indian car market.
Commenting on the achievement by the carmaker, Mr. Eberhard Kern Managing Director & CEO Mercedes-Benz India stated that the C Class continues to be among the best sellers in the entry level luxury sedan segment.
The entry level luxury sedan features a 4 cylinder diesel engine mated to a 7G-tronic plus automatic transmission for better fuel efficiency.
