Indian car market leader, Maruti Suzuki, reported a marginal decline of 2.1% in March 2008 sales at 70,296 units as against 71,772 units sold in March 2007.
The A2 segment which comprised of Zen Estilo, Wagon R, Alto and Swift witnessed a fall of 11%.
The company reported an annual growth of 12% for the year ended March 2008 at 711,818 units when compared with 635,629 units sold in FY07.
