Lamborghini, the super luxury car manufacturer is considering setting a new dealership in the south part of India. The move is aimed to cater to the car buyers in Southern India in a better manner. The automaker also expects Southern India to contribute a larger share in the total sales of the company.
The new dealership by the Volkswagen owned super luxury carmaker Lamborghini is its first in South India and is expected to enable better presence and awareness in the region.
Speaking about the new showroom, Mr. Pavan Shetty Head (Operations) Lamborghini India stated that the facility will be set up in the next 6 months by May 2013. He added that the dealership in Bangalore will also cater to the auto markets of Tamil Nadu and Kerela.
The luxury carmaker has a target of selling a total of 20 units in the current year 2013 as opposed to 17 units sold in the year 2012 and 14 parts sold in 2011.
