Honda India launches new variant of the City

Close on the heels of the launch of the new Honda Civic, Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) has launched a new variant of its most successful car in the country, the Honda City. The new V-grade variant of the City is powered by a 1.5 litre, 4-cylinder i-VTEC engine with a maximum power output of 118 PS. It features beige interiors, five spoke alloy wheels, new front fog lamps, chrome door handles, a sporty exhaust finisher and front and rear mud guards. It will be available with both manual and automatic transmission. The Honda City comes in three variants – SMT, VMT and VAT, all of which are available in two categories – Elegance and Inspire. The car’s price ranges from Rs 8.37 lakh to Rs 10.24 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The City’s new variant has been launched as part of the Great Honda Fest promotion.
