General Motors India launches Chevrolet Complete Care

General Motors (GM) India, the Indian arm of the American automobile manufacturer has launched the Chevrolet Complete Care, a first of its kind initiative in the Indian automobile industry. The new auto initiative provides comprehensive customer care with an assurance of low cost of maintenance for Chevrolet customers in India.

Speaking about the program, Mr. Arvind Saxena President & Managing Director GM India stated that the customer care initiative is aimed to truly satisfy its customers, with its unique set of services which include exclusive warranty packages, round the clock Roadside AssistanceProgram (free for first 3 years for all new cars), Chevrolet U-First Customer Centric Programs and an assured low cost of maintenance.

Mr. Saxena added that the roadside assistance package can also be availed by existing customers at a nominal cost for cars not more than 5 years old.

The Chevrolet Promise which assures a low cost of maintenance is a program by the carmaker which enables the customers to get a refund of any excess periodic or scheduled maintenance costs at the end of 3 years or 45,000 kilometers (whichever is earlier).

While these are the few services provided as part of the initiative, the automaker has also developed digital applications enabling customers to calculate periodic service costs as well as mobile applications which help locate the nearest authorized Chevrolet service center, thus enhancing the overall ownership experience as claimed by the American automaker.
