Volkswagen India, the Indian subsidiary of the German auto manufacturer has launched the diesel variant of its Vento sedan. The new diesel variant’s comfortline model has been priced at Rs 8,56,000 in the state of Maharashtra and at Rs 8,74,000 across the rest of India.
The diesel comfortline variant of the Vento is available with body colored door handles and mirrors on the exterior. It is also equipped with a radio-CD-MP3 player music system and rear center arm rest as concerns the interiors. The driver has the option to adjust the height of the seat as required. Also, the rear view mirrors on the doors can be electrically adjusted from inside.
According to Mr. Neeraj Garg Member of Board & Director Volkswagen Passenger Cars, the company has been receiving queries and requests for a mid-level trimline Vento car model. The new diesel Vento comfortline offers many features similar to the Vento Trendline model.
