Tata Motors unveil Megapixel at the Geneva Motorshow

Tata-Motors-Megapixel

Say hello to Tata Motors’ latest answer to urban transportation. The Megapixel, as it is called, is a four-seater car that is a cousin to the Pixel, with some minor changes. While, the Pixel oozed cuteness and style it is the Megapixel that is all about futuristic design, technology and exuberance. There is added comfort in the Megapixel but it’s main style implementations is the double split sliding doors. The Megapixel has been designed for that environment friendly driver and is a range extended electric vehicle. The car uses a lithium ion battery and an on-board petrol engine generator for recharging on the go and this will allow the car to travel up to 900kms with just a single tank of fuel. The Megapixel also features technology like the Zero Turn drive system, which gives it a turning radius of 2.8 metres. There is also the Human Machine Interface (HMI) that makes its way into the new concept and with this Tata has proved that it too has some tricks up its sleeves with technology and innovation. The price and further specs have not been unveiled yet.
