Rolls-Royce Ghost to be launched in India in the second quarter of 2010

Rolls-Royce GhostLuxury car maker Rolls-Royce will be introducing the Rolls-Royce Ghost in India in the second quarter of 2010. The luxury saloon, which is being launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show, has a 6.6-litre turbocharged,V12 engine and a new eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox, with a maximum power output of 563 bhp. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hr in just 4.9 seconds and boasts of a top speed of 250 km/hr. The Ghost features an intelligent four-corner air suspension system, which uses multi-link front and rear axles. It will be priced at approximately Rs 2.5 crore in India

  1. The Rolls Royce Ghost is much awaited in India. The Ghost carries over additional Phantom quirks, such as the “Power Reserve” gauge the driver gets in lieu of a traditional tachometer. With the Ghost, Rolls Royce brings alot more to the buyer’s table.

  2. Indians are very excited for Rolls Royce Ghost. I am a big fan of Rolls Royce cars. I like all the models of it. The engine of this car seems to be very powerful. All the features are also very satisfying.
