Renault India, the Indian arm of the French automobile manufacturer Renault has plans to launch a new limited edition version of the Duster compact sports utility vehicle in India with the aim of further strengthening its position in the Indian auto market.
The new version of the car model which will be available only during the month of June 2014 is expected to be priced at Rs 9,90,000.
The launch will also celebrate the achievement of the 1,00,000 sales milestone in India for the Duster compact SUV. Stating the same, Mr. Sumit Sawhney Country CEO & Managing Director Renault India added that the carmaker plans to strengthen the Renault brand in India with the launch of a four wheel drive version of the Duster.
The new limited edition of the Duster will be followed by a ‘four wheel drive’ version of the compact sports utility vehicle which is expected to hit the Indian markets in later half of 2014.
