Hyundai Motor India has launched the refreshed version of the new Hyundai 4S Fluidic Verna 2015. The most popular since first launched in the year 2006 and become a signature of Hyundai’s brand legacy and customer trust. This refreshed version of sedan comes with both petrol and diesel fuel options with four types of engine options. The new 4S fluidic Verna is available in 10 choices of variants with 5 exciting colors.
New Hyundai 4S Fluidic Verna 2015 technical details:
The petrol engine of new 4S fluidic Verna is equipped with a choice of two petrol, Gamma 1.4 and 1.6 MPI VTVT whiles the two Diesel, U2 1.4 CRDi and U2 1.6 CRDi VGT engines. The 1.4-litre petrol engine is producing 107PS of power at 6300 rpm and 13.8 kgm of torque at 5,000rpm while the 1.6-litre petrol engine generates 123 PS of power at 6300rpm and 15.8 kgm of torque at 4,200rpm. The company claim 17.4 kmpl mileage for 1.3-litre petrol engine while 17.01 kmpl for 1.6-litre engine.
The 1.4-litre diesel engine of 4S fluidic Verna is generating 90PS of power at 4,000rpm and 22.4 kgm of torque between 1750-2750rpm while 1.6-litre diesel engine is producing 128 PS of power at 4,000rpm and 26.5 kgm of torque between 1900-2750rpm. The diesel engine can delivers 24.8 kmpl of certified mileage for 1.4-litre engine while 23.9 kmpl for 1.6-litre engine.
The petrol engines have 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission with 1.6-litre engine. But the 6-speed manual transmission is available in diesel engine while 4-speed automatic transmission with 1.6-litre diesel engine. The engineering excellence is achieved by the adoption of technologies like VGT, VTVT, and electronic throttle control, piston with diamond coating making the powertrain powerful and efficient.
