New Ducati Monster 800 revealed

Italian bike makers Ducati have just launched their latest version of the Monster. Fresh after launching a whole range of new motorbikes, the legendary bike maker has now revealed an 800cc version of the super naked sports bike known as Monster. The new Monster 800 will replace the 796 and it features the same 821cc Testastretta 11 V-twin engine that was configured in the Hypermotard, and has 112bhp. The Monster 800 also features the overhauled styling, chassis and running gear that have been taken from the 1200cc model, but the 800 uses a double-sided swingarm instead. Equipped with cutting-edge electronics, the new Monster 821 has been built to respond to the rider’s needs and will allow the rider to ride confidently and stay in control at all times thanks to the different riding modes, and the Ducati Safety Pack. The new monster is definitely one of the most attractive mid-segment naked sports bikes in the world right now, and it can cater to all kinds of riders thanks to the height adjustable seat. There will also be different power specs available for beginner riders in some European countries. The bike will be available in July in the EU, and will make its way to India later this year.
