Mercedes-Benz redefines luxury open top motoring

Mercedes-Benz has redefined luxury open top motoring once again, by launching two fascinating products without a predecessor in India, the C-Class Cabriolet and the S-Class Cabriolet. The S-Class Cabriolet is the first from Mercedes-Benz since 1971 and creates an unsurpassable benchmark with its unmatched style, craftsmanship, innovation and luxury. Mercedes-Benz also introduced in India the first ever cabriolet from the C-Class family, thereby extending its range of cabriolets with new levels of exclusivity, comfort and performance in India’s luxury car segment. Mercedes-Benz India hosts the largest portfolio of SUVs, performance cars and now, convertibles.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet

The C-Class Cabriolet gets a 1991cc petrol engine with 245bhp and 370Nm of torque that allows the car to race form 0-100 kmph in just over 6 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 kmph. It also gets dynamic select that allows the driver to choose their desired setting: sporty, comfortable or fuel-efficient – with a 9-speed automatic transmission.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet

The S-Class Cabriolet features a 4663 litre petrol engine with 445bhp and 700Nm of torque that allows it to race from 0-100 kmph in just over 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 250kmph. It also gets the 9-speed automatic transmission. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet 300 is priced at Rs 60 lakhs and the S 500 Cabriolet is priced at Rs 2.25 crore (Ex-showroom New Delhi).
