Ford India, the Indian subsidiary of the American automobile manufacturer Ford has launched a revamped version of the Fiesta sedan in the Indian car market at an entry level price of Rs 7,69,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi).
The new Fiesta sedan comes with the 1.5-litre 90bhp diesel motor which is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The mechanics and the dimensions of the car remain unchanged. The new features include a new grille, softer headlamps, new alloy wheels and a revamped rear exterior.
The new car offers three trim levels, namely the Ambiente, the Trend and the Titanium priced Rs 7,69,000, Rs 8,55,000 and Rs 9,29,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi). The standard features across all trims include ‘guide me home’ headlamps, driver’s seat height adjustment, a split-folding rear seat, electrically adjustable mirrors and remote locking.
The safety features in the new version of the sedan comprise ABS with EBD as standard, a driver airbag in the Ambiente trim and passenger and driver airbags in the Trend and Titanium trims.
