Check out Brazil’s first super car

Koenigsegg Amoritz GT

We have heard of Ferrari and Lamborghini and now more recently Koenigsegg super cars, and yes the majority of these bad boys hail from Europe, but now it could be a different world, as Russia, India and now even Brazil are joining the bandwagon of Super Car makers. Say hello to the DoniRosset. Previously this Brazilian beauty was called Amoritz GT DR7, but now despite the name change the car looks as menacing as ever. Development of the car started in 2008 when a rich Brazilian business man wanted to buy a unique sports car for his father, however after a brief meeting with Brazilian designer, Fernando Morita, owner of Amoritz GT, this new beast was created. While it does strongly resemble a Lamborghini Gallardo, the DoniRosset has been fitted with an ethanol converted 8.4-liter V10 from the Dodge Viper with twin-turbochargers producing an estimated 1007bhp with a Mendeola 6-speed sequential transmission. WOW is all we have to say about that. From a simple plan to make just one car, this project has turned into a full business plan with the goal to produce 50 units. But no one knows when that will happen.
