Audi India, the Indian arm of the German luxury auto manufacturer Audi has launched the Audi Q3 luxury SUV priced between Rs 26,21,000 and Rs 31, 49, 000 (Ex-showroom Maharashtra). The new SUV is powered by a 2.0 TDI quattro engine and has been launched as part of the company’s top-down strategy in India.
According to Mr. Michael Perschke Head Audi India, initially the company will invite 500 bookings for the Audi Q3. He added that the company expects the new launch to further strengthen its position in the Indian premium car market.
The new SUV will be available for sale at the company’s 19 dealerships in the country. Audi India is also planning to expand the number of dealerships from 19 to 25 by the end of the year 2012.
