General Motors India has launched the 2015 Chevrolet Captiva SUV in India, which comes in 4×2 manual at priced Rs. 25.13 lakhs and 4×4 automatic at priced Rs. 27.36 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new Captiva is loaded with additional features it and minor changes.

The 2015 Chevrolet Captiva’s new features included cruise control, third-row HVAC, electric parking brake, rain-sensing wipers and a sunroof and jet-black interiors with leather upholstery. Also included are a new Cluster Ionizer which generates ions to purify and deodorize cabin interiors.
Least changes are on exterior like signature Chevrolet grille with a prominent Chevrolet bowtie, 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 235/65 tyres add to the masculinity of its stance, while subtle chrome highlights and a bold coupe-style rear window treatment add grace to the overall visual package
2015 Chevrolet Captiva SUV technical
The Captiva is power by the unchanged 2.2-liter diesel engine that generates 186.5bhp of power @ 3,800RPM and 400Nm of torque @ 2,000rpm mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission for All Wheel Drive (AWD) system. The engine can deliver 14.6 km/l fuel efficiency for the manual and 12.12 km/l for the automatic variant.
