Nissan Pulsar unveiled in Europe

When we Indians are taking about the Pulsar name, then only one name comes in our vision that is Bajaj’s sports bike Pulsar, but Nissan has also revealed its hatchback car Nissan Pulsar in Europe. This premium hatchback will go on sale from October 2014 In European market from the Paris Motor Show. It will compete with the segment leaders like the Ford Focus, Volkswagen Golf, Vauxhall Astra, Opel Astra and Renault Megane.

Nissan Pulsar Features:

The Nissan Pulsar V-shaped grilled inspired with new Qashqai and flamboyant look to the front fascia, and the wide bumper and bulbous hood giving it a sporty stance to the hatchback. The headlamp cluster looks sharp and combined well with the grille and gets LED headlights provide a strong white light illumination while consuming 50% less power. It has Forward Emergency Braking, Moving Object Detection, Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Warning. The Pulsar will become first only car in its segment to offer these features as standard. It also features Nissan’s second-generation NissanConnect system such as full smart phone integration and Google Send-to-Car. Another advanced technology.

Nissan Pulsar Technical:

The Nissan Pulsar will be available in both petrol and diesel option, the petrol version powered by 1.2-litre DIG-T turbo engine that deliver 115 PS of power while the diesel engine will be powered by 1.5-litre dCi engine that generates 110 PS of power and 260NM of maximum torque. One more 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine will join early in 2015, which deliver loving 190 PS of power. The Nissan Pulsar mated to a manual and the XTronic automatic transmissions.
