Maruti launched 2014 Alto K10 with AMT

Maruti Suzuki has launched the next generation of 2014 Alto K10 with AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) gearbox on 3rd of November, 2014. The main highlights of its AMT transmission technology which is basically borrowed from very popular Maruti Celerio. The booking of 2014 Alto K10 has been already started with a down payment of Rs 10,000. Company decided to bring the Alto K10 with AMT to seen the buyers interest and huge demand of AMT in Celerio.

The new Alto K10 is available in a 1.0-litre K10 engine technology producing 77.1bhp of power and 90Nm of max torque with an automated manual transmission (AMT) in addition to the standard 5-speed manual. The both Manual and AMT variants will deliver a fuel economy of 24.07 kmpl. The car is also available in with a CNG variant.

Maruti Suzuki India has given an all-new face, and this ensures some differentiation from the 800cc segment. The revamped bumper, larger swept-back headlamps, new flatter tailgate at rear, new tail lamps, new grille and bonnet are making the car more attractive.
