Datsun has finally launched its much awaited all new Datsun redi-GO in India with five variants between priced Rs. 2.38 lakh to 3.34 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi). The hatchback model comes with a wide, robust stance, impressive room, a sporty attitude compact & sleek design. This redi-GO is competing against the segment leader Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and its closest rival the Renault Kwid. This car is cheaper almost 6,000 repees from Alto 800 and 23,000 rupees from Renault Kwid models.

The Datsun redi-GO is available with a 0.8-litre i-SAT tech petrol engine that generates 54 PS of power at 5678rpm and 72 Nm of maximum torque at 4386rpm, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The company claim to deliver an ARAI-certified fuel economy of 25.17 km/L and it has capacity to go from 0 to 100 km/h in a best-in-class figure of 15.98 seconds.
The entry level hatchback model Datsun redi-GO will measures 3,429 mm length, 1,560 mm width, 1,541 mm height, 2,348 mm of wheelbase and 185 mm of ground clearance.
