Hyundai India has launches the 1.0 litre Kappa engine variant with Hyundai Eon at price of Rs. 3,83,130. Company has already started the bookings for this new variant and yesterday on 06th-May officially introduces in India. Now the Eon will be available in new 1.0 litre along with the current 0.8 litre engine.
Hyundai Eon 1.0 L technical specification:
The Euro 5 1.0LKappa 3-cylinder petrol engine with latest Dual VTVT technology delivers 69 PS of power @ 6,200rpm and 95 Nm of torque @ 3,500rpm which has ARAI certified mileage of 20.3kmpl. The variant is mated with 5-Speed manual transmission which offers smooth gear shifting and low noise gear design to improved NVH. The Hyundai promises weight reduction with adoption of aluminum head and block which help to achieve better fuel economy with all-aluminum 1.0 Litre Kappa engine.
Hyundai Eon 1.0 L features :
Currently the Eon 1.0 Kappa engine will be available only in Magna+ variant. It comes with features like, engine immobilizer, power steering, keyless entry, 13-inch steel wheels with wheel covers, air-conditioning and power windows at front.
