The Honda Cars India has launched a new variant Honda Amaze CNG in India with its second petrol variant the 1.2 S MT Plus at priced at Rs 6,48,315/- ex-showroom Delhi. This CNG kit fitted at the dealership. The variant cost is Rs 5.99 lakh with petrol engine and Rs 54,315 extra pay for the CNG kit. Honda will be levying extra charges for the CNG endorsement on the RC book.
This new variant of Amaze 1.2 S MT Plus (i-VTEC) is modified petrol Honda Amaze which is compatible for CNG fuel option and powered by 1.2-litre i-Vtec petrol engine that produces 88PS of power and 109Nm of torque. It is available only with the 5-speed manual transmission and a 2-year warranty as standard value for all buyers. Expect the CNG-equipped Amaze to deliver a fuel efficiency of 22 to 23 km/kg.
