General Motors’ Chevrolet recently began with the celebration of its completion of five years in India. GM India last year launched the largest expansion programme in company’s history. Also undertaken are various publicity initiatives like Chevrolet Promise – the cashless ownership offer.
Under this, for a period of 3 years or a run of 45,000 kms, whichever is earlier, the company will take care of repair parts, labour cost, maintainance and running repairs. Karl Slym, CEO of GM India said, “True to GM’s vision, Chevrolet has quickly become amongst the most admired and preferred automotive brands in India.”
