Convertible Rolls-Royce Dawn launched in India at 6.25 crore

The British car-maker Rolls-Royce has launched its super-luxury convertible Rolls-Royce Dawn in India at Rs. 6.25 crore (ex-showroom). This 2+2 seater Rolls-Royce Dawn is the fourth Rolls-Royce model to be introduced in India, after the Phantom, Ghost and Wraith. It gets a retractable soft-top which can be opened or closed at speeds up to 50kph and it takes 20 seconds to convert.

Convertible Rolls-Royce Dawn technical details:

The Rolls-Royce Dawn is powered by the 6.6-litre twin turbocharged V12 petrol engine that produces 571 PS of power between 5,250-6,000 rpm and 820 Nm of torque between 1,500-5,000 rpm, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The car has capacity to go from 0 to 100 kph in just 5 seconds, and an electronically-limited top speed of 250kph.

The car measures 5,285 mm in length, 1,947 mm in width, 1,502 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 3,112 mm.

The convertible Dawn comes with automatic climate control, premium audio system with 16 speakers, 10-inch touch-screen HD navigation, Multimedia navigation system and gesture sensitive touchpad.
