Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), the Indian subsidiary of the South Korean automobile manufacturer Hyundai has made available a new maintenance package namely the 5-Star Assurance Program for the new i10 and Santro customers and expects to boost its sales with new maintenance schemes.
The 5-Star Assurance Program includes the following:
• Vehicle insurance at Rs 1
• Free maintenance for 3 years or 40,000 km (whichever is earlier)
• Free 24×7 roadside assistance for 2 years
• Extended warranty for the third year or up to 40,000km (whichever is earlier)
• Loyalty bonus of Rs 15,000 for trade-in of existing Hyundai car
Stating the move as an attempt to connect with customers at an emotional level, Mr. Arvind Saxena Director Sales and Marketing HMIL commented that the new scheme offers 360 degree services to car buyers with the enhancement of customer satisfaction as the primary objective.
