Ferrari on October 31, 2011, a day after the Indian Formula 1 Grand Prix race ended, took the wraps off its Ferrari FF at the company’s Delhi showroom.
The Ferrari FF is powered by a 6.25-liter V12 engine which generates a 660 Bhp @ 8,000 rpm with a peak torque of 683 nm @ 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 7 speed semi-automatic transmission with a double clutch paddle shift system. The FF which is Ferrari’s first four wheel drive model comes with a price tag of Rs. 3.42 crore in India owing to the high import duties. The Ferrari FF is a four seater like the Porsche Panamera and the Aston Martin Rapide and production of the new car is expected to start by the summer of 2012.
The car also has a spacious boot of 450 litres and goes 0-100 km/h speed in 3.7 seconds. The car boasts of a top speed of 335 kmph.
