Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the all-new 2017 Honda CB Shine BS-IV with AHO at the celebration to reach 50 lakh unit sales milestone of its CB Shine. Honda Motorcycle is following the all BS IV complaint two-wheelers that will be sold in India have to be BS IV compliant and get the Auto Headlamp On (AHO) as a standard feature.
2017 Honda CB Shine BS-IV features highlight:
Apart from BS IV and AHO, the new 2017 CB Shine also gets two new metallic colors – Athletic Blue and Imperial Red. It gets features like a styling chrome cover for the exhaust, chrome cover for the carburettor and 3D emblem graphics on the fuel tank. The 2017 Honda CB Shine also will be available in three variants first with drum brake variant, then the disc brake variant and the top end variant in disc brake with Combi-Braking System (CBS).
2017 Honda CB Shine BS-IV technical details:
There are no any mechanical changes in new CB Shine, its continue to get 124.73 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 10.16 bhp of power at 7500 rpm and 10.3 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm. The bike is available in Kick/Self starting method.

Honda CB Shine was launched in April 2006 and became India’s largest selling 125cc motorcycle by 2009. In April 2014, every third 125cc motorcycle purchased in India was a CB Shine.
